Nightly Pricing INCLUDES taxes and fees
Lewis Room - $162.00/night/queen-double occupancy
Patton Room - $181.00/night/king-double occupancy
Anderson Room - $193.00/night/king-double occupancy
(Anderson Room can accommodate upto 2 additional people)
Anderson Room (3 people) - $213.00/night/king
Anderson Room (4 people) - $233.00/night/king

Nightly Room Rates - Based on double occupancy & includes taxes.
Taxes - Included in our nightly pricing is a 14% Tax plus a $2/night/room Occupancy Tax.
Nightly Room Minimum Stay - No minimum stay Monday - Thursday. 2 nights minimum stay required for weekends & holidays and 3 nights for special weekends & holidays.
Check-In: After 3pm - NO Early Check-in without prior arrangements
Check-Out: 11am

Consecutive Night Discount - 10% Discount on bookings of 5 or more consecutive nights March through December. No other discount applies.
Military Discount - 10% Discount for Military guests; active duty or retired March through December. Be sure to note your military status in your reservation request. Thank you for your service to our country! No other discount applies.
Winter in Williamsburg Special- Discount on room rates for January & February. Price includes taxes. Double occupancy - No other discounts apply with Winter Special Discount. Discount will reflect on the “Check Availability” page.
Parking - We are located in a cul-de-sac with free curbside parking. Please park on a diaganol to the curb. Please do not park in our driveway.
Payments - Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Personal Check and, of course, cash.
Nightly Room Deposit - All reservations will require a 50% deposit that will be collected 14 days prior to arrival which will be non-refundable. An emailed letter of confirmation along with directions will be sent out upon acceptance of reservation. Remaining payment will be due upon arrival. Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds for Nightly Room Rental - Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit.
Special Note - If you are making reservations within 2 days of arrival, please call. You will not be able to make your reservation on-line.
