Aldrich House Bed & Breakfast reviews & comments
See what our guests are saying about their time with us at the Aldrich House Bed & Breakfast.
My family and I stayed 2 nights here and we loved it. The owners are so nice and made our visit to Williamsburg very memorable. Our room was comfortable and quiet. the breakfasts were fantastic - pancakes, eggs, bacon, French toast, fresh fruit. We will definitely stay here again.
We stayed at the Aldrich House for our 25th Anniversary. It was a wonderful place to stay. We only had to walk a short distance to get to Colonial Williamsburg. The breakfasts were way beyond our expectations. Tom took us on two historical tours, one of Jamestown and one of Yorktown. He really knows his history and gives you a lot of information. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone. We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier with everything about it. The neighborhood is quiet and you feel like you are away from everything when you are there. It was very relaxing.
Tom and Sue are the best! Absolutely the best home made, delicious breakfast, we were stuffed every morning! The house is wonderful, rooms are large and spacious, and very clean. Loved this place, can’t wait to come back!
Tom and Sue make you feel at home without being intrusive. Comfortable rooms, excellent full breakfast and great location within close walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg.
I surprised my wife with a weekend getaway to Williamsburg with two of our closest friends. We stayed in the Patton Room and our friends in the Anderson Room. All of us were impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Lots of space as well! Breakfast was served on time and with plenty of coffee. Nice leisurely start to each day. Tom and Sue Patton are very personable and go out of their way to be sure needs are met. I (we) highly recommend a stay at the Aldrich House.
Just a note of thanks and appreciation for your hospitality last week. We were blessed with beautiful weather, a great shopping experience and the opportunity to meet some wonderful people, including you. Sue, you are truly a living example of “multi-tasking” and an inspiration to other women. The breakfasts were delicious and the table (and your house) looked like something out of Southern Living. Thanks for a wonderful experience at the “Aldrich House”.
We had a wonderful stay....The room was great, the host and hostess very pleasant and helpful and the location was perfect for quickly reaching all attractions. The breakfast was wonderful as well, beautifully served, large portions and multiple choices. All in all, a delightful multi-day stay and we definitely would choose it again. Just completed our second stay in the Anderson Room in 3 weeks. Perfect for families because there are two king beds. Tom’s breakfasts are ample, hearty, and tasty- no need for lunch! Tom is also a wealth of historical knowledge and what’s happening in the city. Stay in Tom and Sue’s homey b&b!
My husband and I recently stayed at the Aldrich House B & B and could not have been more pleased. They were gracious and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The biggest surprise was how close they were to the Historic Colonial Williamsburg area—an easy 5 minute walk. We will be staying there again.
