Guided Tours by Tom Patton
Reserve your private guided walking tour. Tom is a licensed tour guide for Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, & Yorktown and can talk about history as though he had been a part of it. If you are new to the area, Tom's considerable knowledge of the Historic Triangle will give you a better appreciation for the people and events that shaped our nation. If you will only be visiting for a short time, you will make the most of your visit by spending your time with Tom on a guided tour. If you are a regular visitor, he will give you insight and tell you stories that will help you tie your knowledge of history and Colonial Williamsburg together.
If you are travelling to the area without a car, Tom will provide transportation. You decide where you want to go and what you want to see based on your own schedule and interests. You can visit one, two, or all three of these sites. Tom will recount 400 years of people, events, architecture, restoration, and more that makes this the most historically significant area in our nation. Length of tours range from one hour to all day depending on site and availability. The rate is $30.00 for the first hour and $20.00 per each additional hour for groups of six or less. Rates for larger groups can be discussed upon reservation.
Rates & Policies
2007 Rates: The Patton Room $140.00 The Anderson Room $140.00 The Lewis Room $125.00
Rates are based on double occupancy. An additional $20.00 will be charged for each additional person. Two night minimum on weekends and holidays.
Check-In - After 3pm; Check-Out - 11am; Please call to arrange additional accommodations.
Winter Special - All rooms $100.00 per night double occupancy January thru February 2008 excluding holiday weekends.
Deposit - 50% payment due within 7 days of reservation request. A written letter of confirmation along with directions will be sent out upon receipt of deposit. Remaining payment plus 10% room tax and $2 per night per room tax will be due upon arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations will be accepted with a full refund with 2 weeks notice. If less than a 2 weeks notice is given, a full refund will be given if the room is rerented otherwise the deposit will be forfeited..
To request a reservation through the internet, please click on the 'Check Availability' button located on any page. We will confirm your request as soon as possible. If you have not received any correspondence from us within 2 days, please call (system may be down).
Bicycles can be rented at a local shop that is located a half mile from our home.
