A Little About Us
Tom and Sue met in high school at Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1972, began dating and the rest is history. We were married in 1974 and Tom joined the United States Air Force in 1976. We were stationed at Langley AFB in Hampton, VA, for 8 years, at Kadena AFB in Okinawa, Japan, for 3 years, and at Dover AFB in Dover, DE, for 9 1/2 years when Tom retired. We have 3 wonderful children; Melissa, Frances, and Tommy Jr and 1 precious grandchild, Cody. We moved to Colonial Williamsburg 3 months after Tom separated from the Air Force and began our Bed & Breakfast journey. Living in Williamsburg had been one of Tom's dreams since he was a youngman. Moving here has been amazing. We purchased our home on June 20th, 1997, and had our 1st guests on July 1st. We have thoroughly enjoyed this adventure of 10 years and have met some of the nicest people and plan on meeting many more. We hope you decide to come and enjoy a little piece of our heaven. We'll try to help you get the most out of your stay in Williamsburg.
Historic Triangle Events
January & February - 2008
January and February in Williamsburg are two great months to visit. No school groups make this a perfect time. Interpreters for Colonial Williamsburg have the time to really talk with you and share their knowledge of this wonderful living museum. The favorite restaurants in town (that are so hard to get reservations for) are not so busy either. Come see us and enjoy our town, like the locals do.
